1️⃣ 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be sent to:

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2️⃣ Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

  • This fee is calculated based on the original product price.


3️⃣ Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We will evaluate the issue and take steps to make it right.


4️⃣ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before purchase.


5️⃣ Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled by returning your item first.

  • Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.


6️⃣ European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

  • The item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

  • Restocking fee of 20% still applies for EU returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.


7️⃣ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
